This platform takes the data from the enforcement systems as input and applies a wide range of algorithms to detect events of interest in real-time. Puls safeguards the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all evidence data. It encrypts information prior to transfer or storage using proven cryptography.
Xilium Violation Processing Software
Oversight and data management are critical to the success of a photo enforcement program. Our proprietary software, Xilium, gives a clear view of program status and enables our community partners the ability to administer their safety programs. Xilium takes care of the entire process: a portal allowing the community approval of violations, the creation & mailing of all notices, receipt of payments through the life cycle of notices, program reports detailing key aspects, and supports the adjudication process including court interface as needed.
