Ron has over 25 years of experience in photo enforcement, citation processing, and collections for state and local governments across North America and Australia. He is currently responsible for overseeing the U.S. delivery of print and mail fulfillment, remittance and correspondence processing, and the citizen contact center. Ron previously served in roles across product management, business development, and quality assurance, including major programs in AB, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, IL, MD, ON, PA, VA and Victoria, Australia. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC.
